Thumb Pain When Reaching When I Sit For Prolonged Periods, I Have Pain In My Spine?

When I sit for prolonged periods, I have pain in my spine? - thumb pain when reaching

A point not to kill the pain, but painful when I sit straight back.

In the middle of my back between my diamond. I can approach it with my thumb and hurts when I push between 2 vertebrae. My seating position is very good and have a resting place for the alignment of the spine.

What are the causes of the pain alone?

This could be simply the constant stress when they extended period of time, how many hours. Muscles and joints ache right after use so much. It's probably nothing serious.
