Dog Coats Why Do Some Black Dog Coats Get Sun Burned And Get A Rusty Color Why Other Black Coats Don't?

Why do some black dog coats get sun burned and get a rusty color why other black coats don't? - dog coats

I noticed that my three black / white Siberian huskies. It is still black and white, while causing two of them have rust stains from the sun. SO Any idea why some levels that you burn and others not?

This is an interesting question. :)

In Siberia, in particular, much depends on if it is red and the black dog factor. For that, I mean, if it has a red color genes in their background. Black Dogs "red" genes appear to play a little red jacket, which means that if the black cloak, or dies, have burned, it turns brown. Dogs that are not red-factor (not the red gene) do not have this problem.

It is good in the world of Siberia includes red light sunburn. So it makes sense that the color "red" to make a black coat and the layer-burning brown look.

I have a black / white male champion of both parents is gray / white. However, the brown jacket is burned in the sun, and it produces red color in the litter. The color red is recessive, so both parents must carry a puppy to be red.

I also had a black / white female, gray / white mother and a dark red / brown tan white mother.

But heEA Black / brown agouti dogs without ever burning.

This information can be more than they wanted. But I burned plaster in mineral deficiency in dogs, especially if you are sure that both dogs are in question, the red of a parent.

Hope this helps!
