Sleep Position With Costochondritis What Position Should I Be Sleeping In While I Have Costochondritis?

What position should I be sleeping in while I have costochondritis? - sleep position with costochondritis

I felt that my right lung together. OK, that was the worst pain ever in this area. I found the document that day and was diagnosed with an inflammation of the cartilage of the right ribs. Now I'm in the fight against the prescription of anti-inflammatory medication for costochondritis.
This shit sucks. They told me back in a few weeks, if not improved. I usually sleep on my right side, but now he feels better.
I do not know what would be best, but I want to improve quickly. Sleeping on the left or try to sleep on your back?

I know the pain of the chest wall sucks. before. The only thing is that you know what you are feeling well. Take your medication and rest, if you can. I had stacked my pillows and leaned on Goin thing.

I feel for you. I did the same thing. It hurts to breathe or move a certain way. The left side of the chest to under the arm. I have 4 Advil. I hope that helps. Maybe you could take something to sleep as Advil PM or Benadryl aid. I could try Benadryl yo ....

Position, unless it is too difficult to read or violent does not mean much ... that feel good. I had this before, take your medication and Take It Easy (not to be difficult, to do) and you soon get better. If you have concerns or questions, call your doctor.
