I have a very good Cuisinart Brew Central DCC-1200 coffee. He is 4 years. But I bought some off-brand coffee and knew Kindy terrible taste strange liquid. I thought it was the brand.
I bought my normal brand, the quality of Maxwell House French Roast, but still a strange taste - kind of tool. I washed the filter and the plastic frame under the filter and prepared a pot of hot water and it tastes that way.
Ideas?
